Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the items you have ordered are not available. In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of order. If we are unable to ship the item within 48 hours, we will email you to notify you of the shipping date.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
Please make sure the email address you provide us is correct and in proper working order. An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is only an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance of your order. Your order will be accepted after payment is verified.

Credit card details are checked and verified, and goods are dispatched once authorization has been obtained.

Return policy
All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Items must be returned in original packing, with proof of purchase, un-used, tags included and in re-saleable condition, shipped at your cost, we will then make the refund. Your refund will be credited within two weeks of return of item(s).
