By Ordering with Diversions, the customer agrees to have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions are as follows.


Internet Order Processing

Internet orders will be run as credit card transactions and will be processed and ready to ship within 1-3 days. This period does not include the time it takes for the customer to receive the item(s). As all orders are dependent on the availability of that item and the number of which we have in stock. We ask for an understanding that when a product is currently out of stock and needs to be ordered before being sent out.


In-Store Pickup Policy

For free In-Store Pickup please make sure you come to our Traverse City location at 104 E. Front St.  Traverse City, MI 49684. We will not ship your purchase if you select this shipping method in check out. For store hours and contact information click HERE.


Shipping Policy

We will ship the desired item(s) within 1-2 days of the processing date. Diversions assumes no liability for goods damaged by mistreatment of the product during the shipping process.

DIVERSIONS COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including Michigan. Diversions also collects sales tax in states that have adopted the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA). Find a list of states under the SSUTA agreement HERE.

DIVERSIONS DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in states not under the SSUTA agreement.


Privacy/Security Policy

Diversions respects our customers' privacy. Our mailing list is confidential and will not be shared with any other entity. Shopping with Diversions is SAFE. We use the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card security. If you are not comfortable using the Internet to order, you can always call the store at (231-946-6500).


Return Policy

In-Store Purchase


Full priced items may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase to our main store location.

Sale items are all final and may not be brought back for any sort of refund or store credit.

Any items damaged after leaving the store will also not be accepted for return or exchange.

Online Purchase


Full Priced items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase to our main store location at 104 E Front St. Traverse City, MI 49684. Or you may physically bring it in to the store for a refund or exchange. Upon returning an item via shipping you will be required to cover the additional shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items are all final and may not be brought back for any sort of refund or store credit.

If you have receive a damaged item please call (231)946-6500, and we will replace the item at no additional charge.
